We used Doug to inspect two houses we were buying in the Los Angeles area. For the second one he also acted as a “project manager,” coordinating other specialist inspectors we employed, and reviewing the construction plans to advise us on the nature and quality of the construction work. This was particularly important as we live out of state and couldn’t be there on inspection day.
Doug is a former contractor, so he has hands-on experience with construction. We felt that his reports and analysis were much better than others we have previously received from home inspectors who were not contractors.
Doug is a nice guy. Provided great service at a fair price. Would highly recommend and would use again.
